Zymarium Meadery

Zymarium Meadery is Orlando's first dedicated meadery, situated along North Mills Avenue in the vibrant Mills 50 district. Designed by audiovisual artist Ginger Leigh, the modern tasting room showcases a stylish black and gold industrial aesthetic filled with geometric honeycomb elements. The venue offers a wide-ranging spectrum of award-winning traditional and modern meads made on-site, including draft pours, flights, session meads, and innovative fruit creations. Drinks highlight unfiltered, unheated honey sourced directly from local Florida beekeepers within two hours of Orlando. House-made charcuterie boxes and an assortment of shareable snacks complement the drink selection, and guests are welcome to bring food from nearby neighborhood eateries.
