Tori Tori is a local Japanese pub and izakaya located in Orlando's bustling Mills 50 district, created by chef and owner Sean "Sonny" Nguyen in 2019. The venue combines big-city vibes with a modern cocktail bar setting, drawing lively neighborhood crowds on a walk-in-only basis with a 21-and-over policy after 9:00 PM. Its concept is centered around the Japanese philosophy of ichigo ichie, encouraging guests to savor every moment. Officially recommended by the Michelin Guide, the kitchen specializes in charcoal-grilled skewers alongside Japanese bar favorites such as crab fried rice, pork belly gyoza, blue crab and corn croquettes, and chicken karaage.
