Operating out of À La Cart City at ART2 in Downtown Orlando, The Culinary Collective is an open-air culinary hub and food trailer concept built around collaboration over competition. The lively urban pocket park atmosphere offers ample outdoor gathering space, two-story bar setups, and comfortable seating where visitors can relax and connect. It brings local foodies and neighborhood crowds together to celebrate and support independent Florida culinary talent. The venue is best known for empowering emerging local chefs through rotating three-month residencies, pop-ups, and collaborative partnerships. Menus change across takeovers to feature specialties such as artisan sandwiches, craft burgers, wings, Colombian-style empanadas, and handheld comfort bites. Guests can also enjoy parkwide craft drinks, craft beer, and regular outdoor community programming like game watches and trivia nights.
